Returns: Products may be returned within 90 days of purchase if in box(s) that they were delivered in and operating properly for a full refund. If returning a grid tie system the inverter must be returned in the box it was shipped in or there will be $125 re-boxing and re-shelving fee.

Cancellations: Can happen up to the ship date at no cost to the customer.

Warranty: The E2D WindMaster's warranty is for 5 years. Full parts and labor the first year, parts only thereafter. All accessory items (inverters, controllers, solar panels, etc) have their own warranty. Please consult your owners manual for that information.
